Polifarma employees who contribute to areas such as process improvement, increased efficiency, and cost optimization are playing a key role in driving change.
Through the OPEX Project and Suggestion Reward System initiated by the Operational Excellence Department, the top 3 awarded projects have achieved:
- Approximately 1.4 million TL in annual energy savings,
- Nearly 400 hours of annual time savings and an increase of 3.5 million units in production capacity,
- 50 hours of annual time savings and a capacity gain of 650,000 boxes.
