Through the OPEX Project and Suggestion Reward System initiated by the Operational Excellence Department, the top 3 awarded projects have achieved:

  • Approximately 1.4 million TL in annual energy savings,
  • Nearly 400 hours of annual time savings and an increase of 3.5 million units in production capacity,
  • 50 hours of annual time savings and a capacity gain of 650,000 boxes.

With the annually organized OPEX Project Awards, we will continue to support corporate development and sustainable improvement through the innovative projects of our employees.
