Across all areas of our organization—from production and management to R&D and field operations—we support inclusive and equality-driven practices that strengthen women’s participation in the workplace. We are recognized among leading companies in various studies and assessments evaluating women’s representation across the workforce, management, and STEM fields. With women representing 53.8% of our workforce, 32.7% of our managers, 40% of our Board of Directors, and 55% of employees in STEM roles, we continue to foster an organizational structure that supports stronger representation of women in science, production, technology, and decision-making processes. In line with our commitment to equal opportunity, we uphold the principle of equality throughout recruitment, career development, talent management, and leadership processes, while continuing to develop sustainable practices that empower our employees to realize their full potential.

across all our processes, so that everyone can work happily while embracing their individual values and authentic selves.”We envision a workplace where everyone has equal opportunities. Within Polifarma’s corporate culture, we foster a working environment where everyone can come together with mutual respect and a sense of belonging.Starting with our talent attraction processes and extending across our entire organization, we believe that employees thrive when they can remain true to their values, discover their potential, and have equal and inclusive opportunities to achieve personal and professional fulfillment. For this reason, we challenge conventional approaches to uphold and strengthen these principles. We evaluate talent solely on the basis of competencies, qualifications, and capabilities, ensuring that equal opportunity remains at the heart of our people practices.
“Respect for People” begins with respect for their dignity and rights! We do not tolerate any form of discrimination based on race, religion, language, gender, age, color, or any other reason — nor do we allow it. We define diversity as a source of richness. Our behaviors reflect this understanding, and we encourage all Polifarma employees to do the same.
We assess talents equally and evaluate them under the same conditions and criteria. We ensure equal opportunity throughout all our talent management processes.
We implement end-to-end, bias-free process management. We provide training and carry out initiatives to raise awareness among our employees on this topic.
We believe in gender equality — and more importantly, we implement it. We actively support and educate our employees on this issue. We are proud to be a company where over 50% of our employees are women, and we take great pride in the leadership success of our female team members.
We thrive on diversity and encourage openness to different perspectives. We train our employees to embrace diverse views and embed respect for differences into our corporate culture.
PF Women Club
We regularly host special webinars and initiatives that bring together our amazing women employees — celebrating their achievements and empowering their growth. At Polifarma, we welcome women who break the mold and support them in every role across our organization. We take great pride in their success. We are strong advocates of gender equality, and we are fully aware that our principles and practices must reflect this commitment. That’s why we organize development programs and training sessions to help women maintain success not only in their professional roles but also in their personal lives — including roles like motherhood.
