The main purpose of our performance system which has been established to guide and support our employees in line with the corporate goals and expectations and to monitor and assess their status of achievement and to improve the competencies of our employees is measurement and development; and also, the system establishes a good communication, cooperation and solidarity environment between the appraiser (superior) and appraisee (subordinate).

Besides, according to the open assessment principle of the system, in other words, providing positive/negative feedback to the superiors regarding the assessment results and discussing these results with the subordinates are the purposes of the performance assessment that highlight the motivation and efficiency of employees.

Individual performance is measured for twice per day based on the continuous communication between the employee and manager to assess job targets and competencies together in line with the personal development and targets of employees.
