In line with our strategic goals, our aim is to identify and plan the training and improvement activities to improve the knowledge, skills, behaviors and attitudes of our employees, observe their improvement areas and make contributions to the future of our Company and our employees.

Since 2017 when we founded our Training and Improvement Department; we have so far increased the annual number of trainings per person by 4 times more, and we continuously raise our training efficiency scores.

We design processes that will primarily provide our employees with the basic competencies required in this modern age and the functional competencies required by the relevant position and that will contribute to the improvement of life of our employees as well as their professional and social development.

To achieve this, we develop designs that comply with the efficient learning methodology. We create training practices and games and thus, we ensure learning processes with efficient and productive applications. In addition, we carefully monitor the development of digital training technologies and align and adapt our applications with the technologies.

With our Mother & Child training set; we train the mothers-to-be and mothers to raise the qualified individuals of the future.

With our 1-Doz (1 Dose) Internship program; we enable the interns, who have completed two-year and four-year education programs, to take confident steps into the future.



OUR TRAIN-THE-TRAINER SYSTEM :


We attach importance to accurately conveying personal and corporate experience and knowledge to our future teammates. To achieve this, we appoint internal trainers within all our departments.

We provide our internal trainers with a comprehensive training that includes Presentation Techniques and Adult Learning, and grant certificates to the trainers who complete the presentation rehearsals successfully.

With our over 50 internal trainers, we strive to implement an efficient learning process, while we guide all our internal trainers with special contents and enable them to possess up-to-date knowledge and skills at all times.




At the end of each year, a training plan and budget is prepared for the next year and we carefully implement this plan within the year.

We try to personally deal with the training needs not notified under a plan during the year and do our best to provide the necessary support in line with our budgets. Besides, we provide competency-based training programs to contribute to the personal and professional development of our employees.

We founded our ‘Mobile Library’ for our employees working with the purpose of continuous learning and try to make available in our Mobile Library all books requested by our personnel in line with their works, needs and interests, through the share that we allocate as independent of our training budget.
