In our database, we keep all applications that our candidates make by filling in Job Application Form at our website and the applications that they make by paying a personal visit to our company, as well as the CVs forwarded to us by means of references by our employees and the applications made to our advertisements published at the career websites, of which we are a member. In line with our position requirements, we invite the candidates that meet required qualifications, educational background and experience for an interview with our human resources managers.

Our primary assessment criteria for each position are the adoption of our corporate culture and possession of the basic/management competencies in line with the values of our company. Through the human resources executives, we invite the candidates, who have the necessary qualifications, education and experience according to the needs of the position, to conduct the first interview.

We execute a comprehensive process in order to place the eligible candidates in the most appropriate position in line with the qualifications required by the relevant position, by conducting General Aptitude Test, Personality Inventory, Assessment Center Applications and/or Foreign Language Exam to the successful candidates as a result of the interviews conducted by the Human Resources Department.

For the candidates who are deemed as eligible as a result of the assessments made by the Human Resources and the executives of the relevant department; we finalize our recruitment process by presenting a job proposal to the candidate and completing the recruitment procedures.
