Our Performance Management System has been designed to guide and support our employees in line with the short, medium and long term targets of our Company and monitor and assess their success status. The main purpose of our performance management system, which has been established to improve the competencies of our employees, is measurement and improvement; and also, the system establishes an efficient and good communication, cooperation and solidarity environment within the Company.
Individual performance is measured for twice per year based on the continuous communication between the employee and manager to assess business targets and competencies together in line with the personal development and targets of our employees.
During these assessments, the performance of the employees is assessed in terms of both business targets and competencies.
