At the end of each year, we initiate the promotion assessment process at our Company, identify the employees from all departments who are eligible to promote, measure the competencies of these employees by using inventory activities and assessment center practices, present the obtained data to the Promotions Board for assessment, and the process is finalized by making the final decision about the candidates.
For all candidates who are assessed as positive or negative at the end of the promotion process; we identify the competencies that could be improved as a result of the measurements conducted in the promotion process. If deemed necessary, we create appropriate improvement plans to ensure that these candidates prepare for the next years better. In this way, we continuously support the career planning processes of our employees.
We also monitor the competencies and skills of our employees and present an opportunity to the suitable employees to transfer to other positions/fields within the company.
At the end of each year, a training plan and budget is prepared for the next year and we carefully implement this plan within the year.
We try to personally deal with the training needs not notified under a plan during the year and do our best to provide the necessary support in line with our budgets. Besides, we provide competency-based training programs to contribute to the personal and professional development of our employees.
We founded our ‘Mobile Library’ for our employees working with the purpose of continuous learning and try to make available in our Mobile Library all books requested by our personnel in line with their works, needs and interests, through the share that we allocate as independent of our training budget.
