We as Polifarma İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş., the only domestic producer in the Turkish medical sector among the producers of parenteral solutions in 4 different forms as PP bag, PVC bag, glass vial and PP vial, adopt the following quality policy:
•We aim to serve people’s health with our specialized personnel, using modern technologies and following up the necessary regulatory requirements within the scope of ISO 9001/13485, complying with the Current Good Manufacturing Practices (c-GMP) developed under the leadership of the World Health Organization and supported by the Turkish Ministry of Health.
• We closely follow up all the current practices, being aware that a second quality is not possible in health, therefore we aim to produce and sell our serums that are directly administered to patients intravenously in accordance with the relevant standards.
• We adopt our quality concept of providing convenience to patients as part of our corporate culture, and take the continuous improvement and expansion of our product range as a principle.
• Our basic philosophy is to continuously improve our quality management system through our trained personnel to achieve our goals.
• In the product preparation phases, we implement an efficient quality system starting from the raw material entries to the shipment of the products to the end users and following up the system, adopting the human-oriented production vision and achieving customer satisfaction as main priorities of our company
• The basic responsibility of our employees is to ensure and check that all departments in the company act in line with the same goals and quality principles.
