Duties of Executive Board

  • Executive Board is obliged to implement the current plans and policies of the Company, ensure successful execution of its activities and determine its future strategies.
  • The primary mission of Executive Board is to protect the reputation of the Company. In this regard, its duties include review of the analysis of the processes and make the necessary adjustments.
  • Corporate values should be embedded in all processes.
  • Monitor the business performance of the Group Companies regularly and closely (targets, budgets, profitability, cash flow etc.), find the causes of the possible deviations, create common sense regarding the measures to be taken and improvements to be made,
  • Ensure the preparation of annual income/cost budgets of the Group Companies, assess their monthly activity reports, compare, assess and present the actual income/cost budget to the Board of Directors,
  • Create the organizations that review and assess the employees of the Group Companies, customers of the Company and the rivals in the sector, take decisions regarding the possible changes that could be made in its targets, services and systems in line with the data and information obtained from such reviews and assessments,
  • Inspect all functions of the production, technical, quality, finance, human resources, law, sales and marketing, operations and technology departments,
  • Conduct regular market researches about the services provided to assess the activities in terms of quality and efficiency and ensure that necessary improvements are made according to the results,
  • Provide sustainable quality awareness at all levels of the Company,
  • Ensure the execution of the activities efficiently by the personnel equipped by the required qualifications,
  • Conduct studies and take decisions regarding the personal rights of the employees, monitor and assess employee satisfaction,
  • Enable and encourage employees to improve their careers,
  • Establish the necessary strategic goals and policies to ensure efficient and productive use of all resources for the sustainability of the activities of the Companies, and ensure that each organizational unit maintains its activities in this regard,
  • Approve the planned communication activities and monitor the reports on activity results,
  • Ensure and monitor and inspect that customer satisfaction measurement studies are carried out,
  • Ensure the institutionalization of the Group and the sustainability of the institutionalization efforts,
  • Ensure the integrity of the Company,
  • Present all group activities to the Board of Directors periodically and act as a bridge between the Company and the Board of Directors,
  • Present all issues beyond its own authorizations to the Board of Directors for taking the relevant decisions.
